BEFORE YOU START

A few things to know

A clear goal. Room to learn.
Control over what you share.

Do I need to be an expert?

No. Choose a challenge that fits your experience and interests. Each challenge explains who it is for and what you’ll need to do.

What happens if I do not win?

Winning is not the only worthwhile outcome. Complete the participation requirements to earn Finisher status, and keep the work and lessons you can share.

How long do challenges take?

The duration is listed on each challenge. For example, the Customer Discovery Challenge runs for 14 days. Check the tasks and time commitment before joining.

Is my work public?

Your journal starts private. You choose which updates and work to share, and review your Cover Story before publication. Leave out confidential information.

Why use Workcrowd instead of only LinkedIn?

Use both. LinkedIn shares your professional background and network. Workcrowd adds examples of your work, your thinking, and what you learned along the way.
