Before the starting line
The challenge page states its goal, length, participation requirements, completion criteria, Winner criteria and possible evidence. Personal goals can add context but cannot lower the published Winner threshold.
The journal commitment
Participants check in each challenge day, including an honest account when work stalls. Entries should describe what was tried, observed and changed. Do not fabricate activity to maintain a streak.
Participant, Finisher, Winner
A Participant is taking part. A Finisher has completed the required activities, check-ins and final submission. A Winner has also met the stated outcome. Some Finishers will miss the target; that remains useful and legitimate work.
Evidence levels
Participant-reported means the result comes from the participant’s account. Evidence-supported means supporting material was reviewed under a stated standard; it is not a general endorsement. The MVP uses participant-reported records and clearly labeled fictional examples.
Integrity and confidentiality
Use accurate records and only material you are authorized to share. Redact customer names, personal data and commercially sensitive information. Fabrication, plagiarism or misleading evidence can invalidate a record in a real implementation.
No guaranteed success
The fee purchases participation tools and a process. It does not purchase a badge, positive coverage, a job, revenue, leads or recruiter attention. An honest unsuccessful experiment can be more instructive than a polished success claim.
