  1. What is WorkCrowd?
    We are decicated people who aim to transform your workplace to be socially enjoyable because that's what we want too!
  2. But how?
    Chemistry, badges, easy communication are all the tools to make your workplace more socially enjoyable.
  3. Badges and praises are cool, but that's it?
    That's not it, badges not only make your profile look cooler, but will also make it more appealing to your colleagues and employers. In near future, we will integrate badges and praises into job portals to assist you in job hunting.
  4. Is chemistry reliable? I'm desperate for lunch buddies!
    Well, we will only help to match people with similar interests/ hobbies/ preferences; the rest is up to you, so it's time to brush up your social skills!
  5. If i leave my current company which is associated with my WorkCrowd account, will it disappear?
    No worries. WorkCrowd allows you to change your company's e-mail address anytime, so all your archievements will never leave you. (Note that we are not encouraging job hopping!)
  6. How come some of the features are not working?
    WorkCrowd is still on beta but we are working as hard as we can to improve it. If you encounter any problem please let us know here.
  7. What is the difference between My Co-Workers and My Network?
    My Co-Workers: Shows only your colleagues.
    My Network: Shows all your friends or associates what are not your colleagues.
  8. Hey, I don't want my bosses to see what I'm doing, I want privacy!
    We understand excatly what you mean! We are currently working tirelessly to provide you "sophisticated" privacy settings, so you can do whatever you want! *wink*
  9. I'm worried that my company might block WorkCrowd just like any other social networking site.
    We believe better relationships between co-workers will lead to better work environment and productivity. And we are going towards that direction by adding in features that not only fun, but also useful for your career and company.
